How a partnership works

A clear path from request to results

01

Listen & assess

We start with your context: staff load, school calendar, shift patterns, and the real pressure points on the ground.

02

Design the program

Sessions, workshops, and habits are tailored to your people — not a generic gym package dropped into the office.

03

Deliver with structure

On-site or hybrid training, guided movement, mindset work, and simple tools teams can keep using after we leave.

04

Review & sustain

We check participation, energy, and culture shifts, then refine so wellness stays in the calendar, not a one-off event.

NGOs & mission-driven teams

We walk well with NGOs

NGO work is high-purpose and high-stress. Field travel, emotional caseloads, donor pressure, and long hours wear down even the most committed staff. When people are exhausted, programs slow, mistakes rise, and good people leave.

Brave Souls works beside NGO teams as a wellness partner — not as a one-day activity. We help staff recover, stay resilient, and protect the energy that their mission depends on.

How we typically work with NGOs Staff wellness days, weekly movement blocks, burnout-prevention workshops, leadership energy sessions, and simple recovery habits that survive field schedules.
  • Resilience and stress-reset sessions for field and office staff
  • Team training that builds focus without adding more meetings
  • Support for managers who must hold others while running on empty
  • Optional nutrition and mindfulness blocks for high-load seasons

Schools & education

Wellness that belongs in the school

Schools ask young people to focus, and teachers to hold the whole room, often with little recovery built into the week. When energy drops, discipline slips, classrooms get heavier, and staff burn out.

We work with schools as a structured partner: movement that teaches discipline, sessions that support teachers, and a culture where wellness is part of learning — not an afterthought on sports day.

How we typically work with schools Age-appropriate group training, teacher wellness hours, term-based wellness clubs, assembly workshops on habits, and programs that respect the school timetable.
  • Student sessions that build focus, coordination, and self-discipline
  • Teacher wellbeing blocks so staff can model the culture they teach
  • Term plans that fit exams, holidays, and existing PE or club slots
  • Simple home habits families can keep without extra equipment

Companies, government & institutions

Wellness for every organization

Private companies, government offices, health institutions, and tech teams share a quiet problem: long sitting, deadline stress, and no shared system for energy. Productivity talks do not fix a tired body.

We design workplace wellness that matches your sector — from compact office sessions to department challenges and leadership add-ons — so people leave work with more capacity, not less.

How we typically work with organizations On-site group training, lunch-hour movement, stress and posture workshops, team challenges, and executive coaching add-ons for leaders who set the pace.
  • Programs for offices, agencies, clinics, and growing companies
  • Formats that fit shifts, hybrid teams, and limited space
  • Clear goals: less stress, more energy, fewer “always exhausted” weeks
  • Reporting language leadership can use in HR and culture reviews

What a program can include

The building blocks we bring

Group fitness

Structured movement

Guided sessions that raise energy and strength without turning the workplace into a bootcamp. Suitable for mixed fitness levels.

Nutrition education

Fuel & daily habits

Practical nutrition talks and simple plate guidance people can use in Kigali — at the canteen, in the field, or at home.

Mindfulness practice

Mindset & recovery

Breathwork, focus drills, and recovery tools that help teams downshift after intense work instead of carrying it into the night.

Before you request

Questions teams usually ask

Do we need a gym or special space?

No. We adapt to halls, courtyards, classrooms, and office floors. If you have a venue, we use it. If space is tight, we design shorter, standing-friendly sessions.

Can this run during work or school hours?

Yes. Most partners choose a weekly slot, a wellness morning, or a term calendar. We plan around your operations so the program supports the day instead of interrupting it.

Is this only for people who already train?

No. Programs are mixed-level. The point is participation, consistency, and culture — not turning every staff member into an athlete.

How do we start?

Send a partnership request below or book a consultation. We will ask about your people, your calendar, and the outcome you care about, then propose a structure and next dates.
